BIGCie
We are the BIGcie, which stands for “Binnenlandse Integratie Commissie”. Twice a year a bus full of members of Di-Et-Tri visits another Dutch city to party and integrate with a student association from that city. What does the average BIGcie night look like? Well first, we meet up with everyone from Di-Et-Tri that signed up for the activity. We will play some games and already have some drinks to warm up for the evening! Then, we will go into our arranged bus and have some more drinks, eat a lot of candy in the shape of biggetjes, and vibe to lots of bangers. Then the big moment happens: we arrive and meet the other students! First to break the ice, we will go to a pub to get to know each other a bit through some games. After some nice integration we will move to the second pub, to integrate even more! Then, the most fun part of the night, we will move to the last (but not least) destination and enjoy a good party! Around 1:30 it is time to go home, we’ll go to our bus again and continue the party (or fall asleep 😉 ).
Being in the committee does not require lots of work, every few weeks we meet up in the lunchbreak to discuss and plan our next activity, and of course chat with each other.
